The hotel's location offers a great view of the surrounding area and the pool on the roof is clean and enjoyable. the rooms, although old-fashioned in decor, are kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to rest. the helpfulness of the staff is evident, as one of them went out of their way to hail a taxi for a departing guest.
The language barrier with the staff can sometimes lead to slower service, but their willingness to assist makes up for it.

Very big room, 5th floor view of water, good bathroom, lots of hot water. Room service good and reasonably priced. Chicken Biryani very good Older style hotel with some charm. Good wired internet - no Wi-Fi.
Room price a little expensive in comparison to others of same standard.

We greatly enjoyed staying at mirador. A chilled-out base for exploring Manama. There was a pool.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect - it is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The service here is top-notch; the staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The room amenities are fantastic, with air conditioning to keep you cool, an in-room safe for peace of mind, and free toiletries that are of high quality. The television is a modern flat-screen TV, offering a wide range of channels to choose from. I also loved the dining bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed some delicious food and drinks.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The bed... really, the bed was the only good thing here.
REALLY HORRIBLE, I BELEIVE Booked.net should remove this hotel from it's website. where to start.. First, when I arrived, I was told I had to keep an ID as security, even though it's illegal for them to do that. After explaining that I'm paying by Credit card and that they can block a bigger amount than the price for the room, they told me, ok, but then they said they will actually charge me, and not just block.. and then I would have to use all this money that they will charge,, and not just block.. So not to complicate things for the reception staff who didn't know how to do the blocking, I ended up settling the subject by giving them a cash deposit. which they kindly returned at the end of my stay. Second, when going to sleep the first night, i noticed a strong smell of fresh mint (which wasn't bad) until I relised it was a leftover chewing gum stuck on the bed cover. all dried up. anyway, after i woke up around 10 AM i left the room and kept the please clean my room sign on the doar. I got back at 7 PM and the room was still not cleaned. After complaining the came to clean the room, I told them about the chewing gum, and what did they do? one guy just removed the gum with his finger.. and they just re-fitted the same sheet.!!???. Finally, going to bed after a long night out, as I arrived in the room around 4 AM.. there was still noise from the entertainment outlets,, that only stopped around 7..

I like only the reciption employee
Its not a 4 star hotel at all . There was a very bad smell coming out from the empty refregirator and the toilet wasn't so cleaned. And there was no enough towls. AC system only for cooling , no heating availble. The hair dryer is dusty. No hot water in the shower. Very poor health center , after doing poor massage she asked me for extra money in order to do a handjob.

The hotel offered some great amenities, including a swimming pool on the roof with a stunning view of the city. The staff at the coffee shop were friendly and the Filipino band added a nice touch to the atmosphere. the hotel was conveniently located near main road, making it easy to catch a taxi and explore the city.
, Especially in terms of cleanliness. There were some areas that were not properly maintained and could have been cleaner.
